We are looking for a Linux developers to work on either of the following orientations such as:
- Linux High Availability Cluster Management Software for mission critical applications. You could be involved to implement features, support customer bug fixing, contribute on test automation for continue integration, engage with communities, and contribute code to upstream.
- Test development on SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop, as well as our community distribution openSUSE Leap. You will be working closely with our global teams with QA and developers from Gnome and openSUSE world. In minimum requirement, you are expected to expand the current testing automation coverage, and fix testing automation bugs. You are even encouraged to contribute freely to the openSUSE/GNOME community with your strength in knowledge (code submission and permanently leave your credits there)!
Requirements:
- Major in CS/EE/IT or related.
- Programming experience on C/Python/Perl/Shell etc.
- Good understanding about Linux OS.
- Fluency in reading and writing English.
- Eager to learn and willing to try new experiences.
- Experience with SUSE products is a plus.
- Open source community engagement is a plus.
- At least 3 days per week.
- At least 3 months duration.
