外行问下:

广播式的信号，如果关闭，或者改变波束范围，总共24颗星，会不会对地面影响范围很大？

也就是说实现regional deny的技术途径是SA，SA是信号干扰，而不是关闭信号

我的核心关切点就是，一颗GPS卫星信号覆盖地面范围是半球的话，如果要某一区域切断gps信号，比如传说中的蛋蛋飞跃某海峡，岂不是要关闭很多颗GPS星的信号？这样牵扯到的飞机等民用信号影响太大了吧？

降低功率是个思路！
