5G NT仅仅是一种D2D的实现形式，不是唯一的方案。spx支持的是4G普通LTE手机
自己看下边spx在澳大利亚的合作运营商Optus网站上关于星链D2D的FAQ：

We anticipate the service will work with most existing 4G VoLTE capable mobile handsets, meaning an upgrade should not be necessary for most Optus customers. Handsets which are 3G dependant will not work with this service. 5G capability for the service is planned to follow in the future, though 5G-capable handsets generally support 4G connectivity, so if you have a 5G handset today it should fall back to 4G to access the service at launch.
