（3）Makes motor appraisals

Qualifications & Experience:
（1）Bachelor degree from university with Motor/Mechanical or related major（机械或车辆专业）
    
（2）Freshman just coming from the university (no insurance company & garage background)（无保险背景）
    
（3）Good communication skills (English: CET 6)

（4）Driver License

（5）Willingness and ability to work both in a team and independently
