report to :on-site manager(中国人）

工作内容：
Respond to customer complain, work with other departments to determine root cause, conduct failure parts analysis and 8D procedure
Perform quality system and process internal audits, complete quality system surveys, and manage the calibration program.
Analyze warranty parts to determine failure mode.
Support the successful launch of new parts, products and processes through advanced quality planning (APQP)
Interact with Production and Engineering departments to resolve processing issues and promote quality improvement.
PPAP technique review/inspection/qualification
Supplier measuring system evaluation and improvement.
Report quality progress on monthly base.

职位要求：
1.3年以上相关工作经验
2.熟悉TS16949/QS9000，不需要建体系，懂PPAP/APQP流程
3.英文要好
4.外资公司背景
