国内不算，国外/美国肯定算啊
我在美国开车，车流的速度基本都比限速高15%左右

有哪个国家是严令禁止 右侧超车的嘛？
我知道美国是非常非常乱的。在单项8车道上面开，还得小心两边都会超车。
英国一般情况下都是只从一边超车的。
