据称两个问题：容易过热，造成变速箱油过早劣化；软件问题，过早升档，过早锁死液力变矩器离合器，加速磨损（估计是为了追求极致的油耗表现，看来不带液力变矩器锁止离合的变速箱更耐用）
诉讼的原因是丰田对爆发的问题不做处理，实际上早就出现大面积的问题，但是丰田并没有
做出正面回应，以至于变速箱出问题的客户往往要多花费几千块去修。 现在正在号召发现问题的车主参与到集体诉讼中。
