这个命令应该是用bbs用户来执行吧....
不过root应该所有文件通吃啊(如果说错了请指出，这个我是猜测..)

你在crontab里面加了什么内容？

修改fb2k-2v.h，把BBSUID和BBSGID都改为500(根据你上面给出的结果来看)
然后重新编译(应该是)，完全停掉bbs服务先。
