为啥我的./innbbsd都显示没运行呢

[root@mars bin]# ./innbbsd
[root@mars bin]# bbsnnrp -v news.shec6.edu.cn cnnews.active
no process [17174] running, but lock file existed, unlinked
INNBBS server not OK
[root@mars bin]# bbsnnrp -v news.shec6.edu.cn cnnews.active
Connect to /home/bbs/innd/.innbbsd error. You may not run innbbsd
