科普下nba新改的走步规则
“A player who receives the ball while he is progressing or upon completion of
a dribble, may take two steps in coming to a stop, passing or shooting the
ball”

新规则下，停球跳步这些现在已经不算一步了，再下一步才算三步上篮的第一步
简单点说就是过去三步走是1、2、3
现在是0、1、2、3

相对于过去，等于是四步上篮合法，

这跟国际篮联规则不一样，
但据说国际篮联也要跟进，不知道现在讨论到什么进度了
