这一规则构成了对（罗马条约规定的）工人流动规则的妨碍

这是在说俱乐部补偿纠纷不应影响球员受雇自由，
跟我前面说的受雇于注册是两项权力，法院作出了分别裁决1和裁决2，有什么冲突？

法院按法律判决，没按你的想象判决，法官就是傻瓜，这就是你的逻辑？
