God有时被翻译成“老天爷”，这是可以的，但是在华夏文化中，“老天爷”并没有启示给我们什么话语，God却通过《圣经》对我们说话。在《水浒传》中，宋江给梁山树了一面大旗“替天行道”，寻求公义（除暴安良，辅国安民，匡扶正义，替天行道）。他们没有找到真理，仅仅是碰到一点（一小部分），现在我们有了真理，那就是救主耶稣（祂是道路、真理、生命）。
