1重是轻的根本，静是躁的主宰。所以君子终日在外行走不离开辎重，2只有辎重随身，营寨环绕，生活起居才能表现出很悠然的样子。3为什么拥有万辆兵车的君王，却轻率地凭自身在天下行事呢？4过于轻浮，就会失去根本；过于躁动，就会失去依托。
