NCCIH建议服用之前咨询专业人士。你原帖根本没有说短期服用,你也不是专业人士,而我的建议是不要长期服用 看了眼IP,你似乎也在美国一些年了,吃之前咨询专业人士,应该是一种习惯了不是吗?我第一次吃褪黑素是因为时差,我的朋友是MD,根据我的情况推荐了褪黑素。

调时差吃可以,长期非常不建议
