WHAT can I do to last longer in bed?

I am a 29-year-old guy and have had several -sexual partners but I can never hold back during penetrative sex.

It barely lasts two minutes but this doesn’t happen when I pleasure myself.

Now it is starting to cause problems with my new girlfriend.

She is 27 and tends not to reach orgasm during intercourse, though I help her finish afterwards.

She says it’s OK but I can see in her face that she is disappointed and is getting fed up with me.


I would like to be able to make love for half an hour, like other men.

Is there anything I can do to achieve this?
