Job Title: Software Engineer - Horizon Client

Job Level: MTS-3

Job Description
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join VMware's Horizon team in Beijing R&D Center. You’ll be part of the engineering team that has an open communication, empowerment, innovation, teamwork and customer success culture. We are looking for engineers who have a strong self-directed work ethic and make it happen mindset.

Responsibilities:
* Design and develop Horizon View software.
* Troubleshoot, triage and debug customer reported issues.
* Create and review test plans, execute manual testing and test automation.
* Collaborate with product managers and team members to translate loose requirements to completed stories.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements:
Experiences in iOS/Mac development.
Experiences as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Experiences in one or more major programming languages like Objective-C/C/C++.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Shell.
Experiences in Linux/Windows development is a plus.
Experiences with network and security is a plus.
Experiences with remote display protocols (RDP, ICA, VNC, etc), highly interactive 2D/3D graphics, or remote device integration is a plus.
Passion for work, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
BSCS, MSCS or equivalent.
