The team is looking for a Sr QE Engineer with a proven track record for delivering high quality software products. As one of our distinguished QE engineer, you will play a key role in test design and development, test framework and test case automation development and test execution. You will work closely with developers, product managers to help ship products of very high quality. In addition, manage activities to meet delivery dates, report accurate, complete status and also mentor/guide junior engineers in the team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Create and review test plans, test cases, and test specifications based on marketing and engineering requirements
- Design, develop and execute manual and automated tests and file bug reports
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues and reproduce bugs
- Setup test environments and validate fixes provided for defects
- Own and work pro-actively towards automation coverage improvement and test cycle reduction
- Take initiative to improve products, tools, work efficiency and process
- Coach junior team members if needed
- Manage activities to meet the delivery dates and report accurate, complete status
- Partner with all stakeholders in QE ecosystem to deliver high quality products: Development teams, Cross QE teams, Product Mangers, Global support organization etc.

Requirements:

- BS/MS in computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years experience as a Software QE Engineer, preferably in a cross platform environment
- Strong knowledge of QE processes and methods
- Proficient in programming and scripting languages. Master at least one of the following scripting languages: C,/C++, Java, Python, Shell
- Experience with software functional testing in Windows, Linux/UNIX, Mac OSX, iOS or Android environments
- Familiarity with TCP/IP network and can solve general networking issues in the test.
- Familiar with MS Active Directory
- Experience with remote display protocols (Blast, PCoIP, ICA etc), highly interactive 2D/3D graphics, or remote device integration
- Experience of GUI/API testing would be a bonus
- Excellent analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple outstanding tasks
- Energetic, self-motivated, dedicated and excellent team player with very good English communication skills both verbal and written
