Job Title: 5G RAN System Developer
【职位描述】
Role Summary:
You will be part of our 5G RAN System team, you will be responsible for
o Define DU or baseband overall architecture, external interfaces and detailed functional description of the solution
o Setup link level simulation platform for baseband performance, and leading system performance improvement and new alogorithm innovation
o Perform technical evaluations of major system enhancements and major new customer requirements
o Create detailed system level functional requirements and specifications
o Identify opportunities for innovation and market disruption
o Provide active support for, product management, pre-sales and marketing activities including technical solutions support in the RFI/RFP response.
o Work closely with engineering teams to drive the timely and quality release of new products and features
Job Requirements:
o In-depth knowledge of baseband on 3GPP LTE ,5G NR, with 2+ years’ experience
o Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies and concepts
o M.Sc. or B.Sc in Wireless Communication, Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
o Solid RAN system development experience and strong technical expertise
o Solid C++ or Matlab programming skills with system modeling experience
o Good to have solid knowledge and experience in MIMO and Multi-Antenna
o Dedicated, result oriented professional with a reputation for getting the job done.
o Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills.
o Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
