GPU Virtualization Driver Development Engineer

THE ROLE:
The teams is working directly with the world first-class internet giants on various business like Cloud Gaming, Machine Learning and VDI. Be part of a talented team that develops software for AMD’s GPU Virtualization solution and delivers a premium GPU experience in the cloud.

THE PERSON:
A successful candidate is passionate about delivering great products. The candidate will design and develop the latest Virtualization kernel software with industry experts. We are looking for candidates who are excited to work in a fast-growing data center business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o    Deliver a premium GPU experience in the cloud
o    Design, develop, and debug Hypervisor driver for KVM, Xen, VMWare, Hyper-V.
o    Design, develop, and debug graphics driver for both Windows and Linux Guest OS.
o    Work on bring up and support AMD next-generation GPU for cloud computing
o    Support cloud gaming and cloud computing for the world first-class internet giants
o    Maintain current driver and improve performance

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
o    Deep Knowledge of C/C++ programming
o    Knowledge of PC architecture
o    Fluent English in reading, writing, and speaking
o    A self-motivated team player
o    Able to work under high pressure and time limitation
o    Good communication skill and able to work with stakeholders effectively
o    Knowledge of Computer Graphics/Multimedia/Image Process is a plus
o    Knowledge of device driver development under Microsoft Windows or Linux is a plus
o    Knowledge of KVM/QEMU/XEN/VMWARE is a plus

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
o    BS/MS/Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, or an equivalent
