JOB TITLE: 产品测试工程师
JOB TYPE: 全职

岗位描述：
o 负责公司软件产品的测试。建立测试流程，在测试产品特性、用户界面和评估用户体验的同时发现设计问题和开发错误
o 编写测试计划，测试设计方法，实施测试用例，确保过程的定期更新和维护
o 负责提交缺陷报告，跟踪缺陷，撰写测试报告
o 确保适当的质量反馈机制到位，并管理客户反馈分析，以确保产品质量和零缺陷
o 完善和优化内部测试框架，以提高测试自动化/可扩展性/覆盖率
岗位要求：
o 熟悉软件测试规范和过程
o 熟悉软件开发生命周期和CI/CD者优先
o 具有通用测试工具和框架的经验，如Selenium/Jmeter/Chaosmonkey
o 能够独立开发和编写测试计划，设计和编码测试用例/框架，分析结果和编写测试报告甚至相关的技术文档，不限于功能/集成/压力/性能测试
o 熟悉使用脚本语言(如Python和shell脚本)的自动化测试人员优先
o 熟悉常用的测试管理工具，Jenkins，Jira, Zentao，和其他测试管理工具
o 良好的沟通技巧、耐心和对细节的关注
o 有很强的文件组织和总结的能力，工作积极主动，灵活多变。
o 较强的故障排除和解决问题的能力

JOB TITLE: Product Test Engineer
JOB TYPE: Full Time, permanent
LOCATION: Beijing
REPORTING TO: Direct of Product Development
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for testing of the company's software products. Set up testing process to discover design issues and development errors while testing product’s features, user interface and gauging the user experience.
· Write the testing plan, test design methodology, implement test cases and ensuring regular updates and maintenance of the process.
· Responsible for submitting defect reports, tracking defects, writing test reports.
· Ensure proper quality feedback mechanisms are in place and manage the analysis of customer feedback to ensure a quality product and zero defects.
· Perfect and optimize the in-house test framework to improve the test automation/scalability/coverage
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· Familiarity with software testing specifications and processes.
· Familiarity with SDLC and CI/CD environment is a plus.
· Experience with common test tools and framework, such as Selenium/Jmeter/Chaosmonkey.
· Ability to independently develop and write test plans, design and code test cases/frameworks, analyze results and write test reports even related technical documents. Not limited to functional/integration/stress/performance test.
· Familiarity with automated testers that use scripting languages such as Python and shell script is preferred.
· Familiarity with commonly used test management tools, Jenkins, Jira/Zentao, and other test management tools.
· University degree or above in computer related major and more than five-years work experience.
· Good communication skills, patient, and attention to details.
· Have a strong ability to organize documents summarize, work proactively, versatile and flexible.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Fast learner with can do attitude.
· Good command of spoken and written English and fluent in Mandarin.
