Sales Operations (1#,Beijing)
Responsibilities and Duties
1) Support operational work for Sales teams including quota assignment, account assignment, territory management, and headcount planning.
2) Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly forecast reviews for a region(s) with sales directors, sales managers and other top-management people.
3) Support Sales leaders in key sales KPI and reporting of Pipeline, Forecast, Bookings, and Revenue.
4) Working with the Sales team to keep Salesforce data up-to-date.
5) Support Go-Global sales leaders and high-level management for reporting and analytics needs, including building weekly analytics and ad-hoc reporting, and come up with recommendations for actions.
6) Partner with Sales teams to help in the day-to-day business operations support.
Qualifications
1) 5+years experience in Sales Operations within high-tech organizations.
2) Bachelor degree or above.
3) An Excel expert and advanced proficiency in Salesforce, e.g. ability to build dashboards and reports in Salesforce.
4) Experience with startups and emerging organizations, and understanding of how to build and grow a successful business is an advantage.
5) Organised and have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
6) High attention to detail and accuracy.
7) Excellent cross group collaboration skills.
8) Strong verbal and written English communications skills.
