BS or MS or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related sciences - or equivalent work experience - preferred.
Expert with common network protocols, such as TCP, BGP, IP routing, and networking router configuration
Experience of supporting large scale infrastructure and networking environments with thousands of devices
Experience with designing and implementing network architectures that include WAN to server communication, IP networking fundamentals and extensive experience in the application of IP/Routing protocols (i.e., OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS).
Experience with systems level programming networking protocol stacks such as TCP/IP and Ethernet IEEE 802.3
Experience with designing and implementing application load balancing (LTM/HLB).
Deep knowledge in infrastructure (OS, network, storage, virtualization etc.), support of mission critical environments
Deep level knowledge designing, deploying and running large-scale distributed systems including OSI layer (routing, switching, and firewall)
Experience in enterprise automation using PowerShell, C#, or equivalent
Familiarity and experience with several of the following technologies: SQL, C#/Java, REST, JSON, XML, Powershell, Windows Server, Azure.
With technical passion and terrific problem-solving skills to drive for result and impact
The ability to fully understand problem spaces and independently drive areas forward
Ability to take projects from beginning to end with little direct supervision.
Ability to work effectively across teams to drive business and technology decisions.
Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to assemble, document, and present technical information to a variety of audiences
