We are looking for a Software Developer for Db2(R) LUW Federation Server team. In this role, you will work with talents locally and globally to develop exciting and promising features of next generation of federation/data virtualization technology which serves critical role of IBM strategy on Cloud and Cognitive software.

Your Role and Responsibilities
o Developing, testing, and delivering new federation server/data virtualization features.
o Performance optimization of current federation server/data virtualization system.
o Supporting and collaborating with other engineering team to identify and resolve customer issues.
o Enabling customer to use our product by writing technical product document and specification.
o Collaborating with other engineers to research the data virtualization technology trend.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
o A solid understanding of computer science with strong sense in programming, algorithms, troubleshooting, debugging, testing.
o Great team player, quick learning, creative thinking and strive to solve hard problems.
o Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
o Strong hands on programming skills in one of programming language.
o 3+ years of relevant experience in building production-scale systems, preferably in database.
o BS/MS degree or equivalent experience in CS, EE or related areas.
Ways to make you different:
o Familiar with Unix/Linux system is a plus.
o Prior experience with data virtualization or RDBMS is a plus.
o Passionate about database or data virtualization is a big plus.

任职条件：
o 对计算机科学与技术具有深刻的了解，如操作系统，数据库，算法等。

o 具有良好的数据结构和算法基础，具有扎实的软件工程知识，包括设计、开发和测试的相关流程等。
o 具有优秀的中英文沟通能力，能应对英文的工作环境。
o 熟练掌握任意一种编程语言。
o 具有大型复杂系统的相关开发测试经验。
o 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、电子及相关专业优先。
o 具有数据库或数据虚拟化相关经验者优先。
