微软的标准面试流程是：如果简历合格，会有一小时电话面试，若通过，会再二三轮技术面试，如通过，会有1-2轮一线经理面试，然后二线经理面试，最后人力资源。每轮一个小时（视频，共享桌面，用编辑器写代码），社招面试主要关于数据结构，算法和之前项目经验，解决问题能力。务必好好准备（大多数候选人都失败在这里了），可以在谈面试日期时留出几天准备。

As a Software Develop Engineer working in Office 365 Monitoring team, you are responsible to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve components, services, systems to manage hundreds of thousands of cloud servers and devices to achieve high availability, low latency, cost efficient enterprise cloud services. You will also need to use cutting edge technologies such as Machine learning, AI, apply to cloud infrastructure level in very large scale.

Responsibilities
o Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software components, services, systems, and features in large scale and distributed cloud environment
o Work with peer engineers, partner teams and program managers to deliver cutting edge cloud technology
o Build smart monitoring infrastructure for large scale and highly available cloud services
o Create beautiful UI and intuitive UX that delight end-users


Qualifications
o BS/MS in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or a related engineering field
o 5+ years relevant work experiences in one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g. C#, Java, C/C++, Python, Go, React, Typescript, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience in large scale distributed system architecture, design and implementation
o Strong communication skills and ability to work with multi develop center teams
