Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of progressively broadening software development leadership experience with a strong track record of success in the development, and delivery of complex Linux software in a Networking environment.
- Experience with VMware Horizon or Linux KVM is a big plus
- Experience with Linux driver software design and implementation is a big plus
- Experience with Linux Desktop, Optimization, Characterization and performance modeling.
- Experience with Test Driven Development or DevOps is a big plus
- Has inherent knowledge of development processes and best practices to manage multiple, complex, and co-dependent software development projects.
- Experience working across multiple teams towards a common goal. Ability to influence others and take responsibility for cross-functional projects.
