o Define long-term technical roadmap and system software strategy for Digital Cockpit team
o Lead system software team to deliver high quality software through the entire product life cycle, from requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance
o Provide guidance on common software paradigms and coding practices to the team and conduct design and code reviews
o Plan engineering resources, manage priorities and deliver to commitments
o Lead cross-functional taskforce to tackle critical blockers during product development if needed
o Mentor and grow the team to be the best in the industry
职位要求
o 10+ years industry experience with BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
o 5+ years managing a mid-large size engineering team
o In-depth knowledge of embedded software, middleware and OS (RTOS, Linux/Android/QNX)
o Hands-on experience building and launching complex multi-OS systems in mass production products
o Exceptional C, C++ programming skills
o Broad range of experience on audio/video, networking, cameras, sensors, graphics and/or low-level programming
o Experience in microcontrollers (32bits ARM core) architecture
o Excellent analytical and problems solving skills
o Great communication skills, and able to communicate efficiently at different levels to different audience
o Self-motivated with a Can-Do altitude
o Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
o Experience working with global teams across multiple geolocations and time zones a plus
