Title: End-to-end Connectivity Function Owner 车载网联功能端到端负责人
o    Connectivity application specification, requirements, validation and rollout
Together with connectivity teams in various departments and responsible for different components, understanding and working on optimization of the technical specification document on the overall end-to-end connectivity system. Integrate connectivity system into overall vehicle environment. Validation of deliverables from suppliers and ensure system maturity matches the overall project rollout and customer expectation.
o    China local requirements and improvements
Work together with China local authorities and partners (CATARC, CAICT, …) to track China technological trends and GB, GB/Requirements on overall connectivity systems and technologies to ensure timely input on technical changes to MB connectivity systems and check the feasibility of state-of-the-art connectivity solutions (incl. but not limited to UWB, BLE, Satellite communication, ZigBee, Matter, ...)
o    Testing, defect management and customer feedback
According to the specification, create test cases, perform testing, pre-analyze and issue defects, classify the root causes. Report the results to different stakeholders and escalate whenever necessary. Manage the defects till the end of their lifecycle. Monitor and working on customer feedback for product improvements.
o    Release and technical support
Support from a technical perspective to various RD teams, Quality teams and aftersales teams from an engineering perspective. Analyze on issues and provide troubleshoot support.
o Education
o    Master’s degree or above in Computer Science or similar qualification. Bachelor degree with outstanding experience also acceptable.
o Experience
o    Experience in an international work environment, with proven sensitivity to cultural diversity in the business environment.
o    5+ working experience in the connected car related business of automotive industry
o    5+ working experience on connectivity function design and optimizations
o Specific Knowledge
o    Outstanding project management skills. Open minded team player with good communication skills
o    Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. German language skill is a plus
o    Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
o    Profound knowledge in connectivity technologies (ISO/OSI layers, WiFi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, ... and tools e.g. Wireshark, Stream, Charles, ...), automotive communication bus protocols (e.g. CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet, …), measurement technologies (Vector CANoe, BluePiraT, …) and vehicle diagnostics (UDS ISO14229, …).
o    Knowledge of Linux/Android system esp. SSL Certificates. Connected car backend related technologies and tools especially Azure is a must-have (e.g. Azure log analytics). Use different analysis tools to optimize the connectivity function and systems
o    Good experience of Office systems (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) and development IT systems: Confluence, Jira, CodeBeamer, Git, SVN, …
o    Chinese driver’s license. Testing driver license is a plus
o    Willingness to travel inside China and abroad
