岗位概述 / Role Summary
参与构建 Retail DSP系统，负责广告管理后台核心模块的后端开发，支持广告主高效配置 Campaign、管理素材、设定投放计划与受众策略等。与前端、产品、数据等团队紧密协作，推动系统稳定性、可扩展性与功能演进。
Participate in building Retail DSP system, focusing on backend development for the core modules of the ad management platform. Support advertisers in efficiently configuring campaigns, managing creatives, setting delivery plans, and defining audience strategies. Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and data teams to drive system stability, scalability, and feature evolution.
岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
o 负责广告管理平台的后端服务开发，包括 Campaign 配置、素材管理、投放计划、受众包等核心模块
o 参与系统架构设计与接口规范制定，确保平台的可扩展性与高可用性
o 支持数据查询与报表生成，优化 API 性能，提升运营与投放效率
o 与前端工程师、产品经理密切协作，推动产品功能持续迭代与落地
o 参与平台监控、日志与告警机制建设，保障系统稳定运行
o Develop backend services for key modules of the ad management platform, including campaign configuration, creatives, delivery plans, and audience packages
o Contribute to architecture design and API standardization to ensure scalability and high availability
o Support data query, reporting modules, and API performance tuning for operational efficiency
o Collaborate closely with frontend engineers and product managers to drive feature iteration and delivery
o Participate in building logging, monitoring, and alert systems to ensure system stability
任职要求 / Qualifications
o 熟练掌握 Java/Go/Python 等后端语言，具备扎实的编码与架构设计能力
o 3 年以上广告产品后端开发经验，有营销 SaaS 或管理系统开发背景者优先
o 熟悉常见 Web 框架（SpringBoot/Gin 等）、RESTful API 设计规范
o 熟悉 MySQL、Redis、Kafka 等主流中间件，具备性能调优经验
o 具备良好的业务理解力、文档撰写与团队沟通能力
o Proficient in backend languages such as Java, Go, or Python, with strong coding and architectural design skills
o 3+ years’ experience in backend service development of Ads system; experience with marketing SaaS, or enterprise platforms is a plus
o Familiar with mainstream frameworks (SpringBoot, Gin, etc.) and RESTful API design principles
o Skilled in MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and backend performance tuning
o Strong business understanding, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills
