岗位职责：
o Build and maintain comprehensive monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to detect anomalies and proactively address performance bottlenecks.
o Lead incident response for critical outages, driving root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive measures to minimize recurrence.
o Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline deployment, configuration management, and disaster recovery processes.
o Implement laC using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm to ensure consistent, scalable infrastructure across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
o Forecast resource needs for growing user bases, optimizing compute, storage, and network resources to balance performance and cost.
o Mentor junior engineers and foster an SRE mindset across development teams, promoting best practices in reliability, observability, and incident ownership.
招聘要求：
o 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
o Deep expertise in Alicloud, or AWS, or GCP, or Azure
o Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
o Experience with Infrastructure as Code (laC) (Terraform).
o Proficiency in monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic).
o Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
o Strong scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash).
o Knowledge of networking protocols, load balancers, and CDNs.
