Role Title: Medical Manager

Role Purpose：
To provide medical material and project support to ensure strong business growth
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
    Drive with the Medical Manager/Director an integrated strategy for partnerships with external stakeholders in disease awareness, disease management, education, research that serve MedTale reputation.
    To develop medical materials/documents for training and external engagement.
    Support information/data sorting and basic analysis to facilitate report preparation.
    Provide support in Medical Information and ensure timely and high quality of enquiry response.
    Develop scientific interactions with external stakeholders: Experts & Scientific Societies, Healthcare Authorities, etc.
    To create and implement meeting/event programs in partnership with external organizations/institutions.
    To organize/support studies, vaccine conferences, symposia and publications.
    Support daily administrative tasks of the team, including document management and schedule coordination.

Qualifications / Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)
    Minimum requirement of bachelor’s degree or above, preferably medical-related degree/medical doctorate.
    Knowledge in clinical medicine, public health and immunology, or infectious disease preferred.
    Technical/ Professional Proficiency, e.g. MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
    Proven ability to communicate (written/oral) in English.
    Good verbal and written communication skills.
    A strong capability in problem solving, ability of lobby, influence and negotiation
    A strong learning ability and sense of responsibility, able to adapt to flexible working hours and business travel.
    Experience in industry preferred.
