Cloud Network Engineer

候选人最好是海外留学或985/211的正规全日制本科或硕士毕业后知名公司工作满一年以上，有编程建模竞赛得奖，leetcode排名或个人技术兴趣项目等。英文要听说读写熟练。工作认真负责，积极主动，能够快速学习，解决问题，团队合作能力良好。并且请确保在过去一年内，您没有在微软中国面试失败过，而且没有其他微软员工已帮您做过内部推荐。谢谢。

微软的标准面试流程是：如果简历合格，会有一小时电话面试，若通过，会再二三轮技术面试，如通过，会有1-2轮一线经理面试，然后二线经理面试，最后人力资源。每轮一个小时（视频，共享桌面，用编辑器写代码），社招面试主要关于数据结构，算法和之前项目经验，解决问题能力。务必好好准备（大多数候选人都失败在这里了），可以在谈面试日期时留出几天准备。

leetcode中等难度的题至少刷200道。电话面试时共享桌面，用在线代码编辑器写code实现算法解决问题，要编译通过，出正确答案，要注意严谨性和效率，复杂度，corner case.绝大多数候选人第一轮电话面试就失败了，引以为戒。

Responsibilities
Design and write automation that deploys, manages, improves efficiency and reliability of network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)
Architect scalable underlay network topologies in a multi-vendor environment
Work with hardware partners to adapt reference configurations to their preferred platform and troubleshoot issues found during qualification and customer deployments
Integrate physical and software defined networking in Azure-consistent cloud appliances
Analyze data to diagnose and identify root causes to network issues
Travel (up to 25% time) to customer locations around the world to deploy and integrate Edge solutions

BS degree or higher in Computer Science, related technical discipline or equivalent experience
Thorough understanding of network routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), IP addressing (IPv4, IPv6), security (ACL, IPS, IDS), management APIs (OpenConfig, YANG, NETCONF, SNMP), and related infrastructure (NTP, AD, DNS, DHCP)
Expert knowledge of Cisco, SONiC, Arista, Dell, Juniper network devices (switches, routers, firewalls)
3+ years’ experience with scripting in Python, Perl, PowerShell, C#, Java, or JavaScript
DevOps experience automating configuration of network devices using open-source utilities including but not limited to Ansible, Docker, Jenkins etc

Additional Details
Cisco CCIE (or equivalent) and experience working with Linux and Windows environments
Experience in driving technical investigations, prototyping, developing and testing
Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills
Solid communication skills
A strong customer focus, and be able to make critical decisions independently in a fast paced and demanding environment
