Expert R&D Software Development (Android)

Major Responsibilities
As an Android developer, you are responsible for the developing infotainment functions based on Android Automotive Embedded in a cross-functional feature team. They lay the foundation for a new infotainment generation and new ways of working in development.
-Based on the product requirement (from Product Owner), working with other developers to implement the features.
-Together with the colleagues of UI/UX, you design the user interface of the functions.
-In team with other developers, do code reviews - if you want to do pairing.
-Use suitable test automation to ensure that the product is ready for use at the end of each sprint.

Qualifications
oBachelor in Computer Science, SW Engineering or equivalent.
o8+ years of software development experience - as a developer.
oSubstantial knowledge and experience in Android software development. Very good at OOP development (Java/Kotlin/C++ is preferred)
oGood English skills, additional knowledge of German is an advantage.
oClean Coders are preferred with equal suitability.
oTechnical depth (proficient in utilizing technology with the will to extend/learn).
oTechnically versatile (knowing many technologies, constantly extending knowledge base).
oAble to write well-crafted code (simple, maintainable, robust, reusable, well-tested).
oSW development process experience.
