Responsibility
Works independently to find right direction and approach to accomplish the desired result.
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of complete software components.
Develop the feature to meet the customer requirement with high quality.
Research, troubleshoot and solve complex customer software field issues under tight schedule.
Identify and suggest solutions to problems of significant scope.
Communicate and collaborate among cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
Prioritize and manage multiple assignments under minimal supervision.
Qualifications
2+ Years of hands-on experience on Unix/Linux or Windows platform, both are preferred.
Experience of leading advanced enterprise software development. Storage/Backup/Cloud software is a plus; software performance tuning experience is a plus.
Experience with one or more programming skills in Java/Python.
Solid understanding of multi-threading and synchronization, data structure, algorithm, networking, STL(Standard Template Library).
Strong problem solving ability and willing to take challenges.
Good written and oral communication skills in English..
Agile experience is preferred.
