<Suzhou> Microsoft365 Performance team are hiring Program Managers II/ Senior PMs

The Microsoft 365 Core Performance team is responsible for delivering blazing fast experiences for our users while keeping the cost of running our service low by efficiently and intelligently scaling the software and hardware that makes up the service.
Responsibilities
The Microsoft 365 Core Performance team is looking for PMs with couple years of work experience to work on a few different areas that the team is involved in:
o Building tools that help engineers identify and fix latency and resource efficiency issues in their code.
o Building platform technology/components that help everyone using the M365 Core Platform become fast and resource efficient.
o Working with product teams across the Microsoft 365 suite to deliver blazing fast user experiences for our users.
Working with product teams across the Microsoft 365 suite to make their software efficient so they can scale without driving up COGS.
Qualifications
o BS or higher in Computer Science or Engineering
o 3+ years product/program management experience
o Strong technical proficiency
o Great problem-solving skills
o Demonstrated ability to think about customer and business problems
o Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and team boundaries to get stuff done
o Self-motivated and proactive
o Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Prior experience working on cloud platforms is a huge plus
