下面是布鲁尔科技的简单介绍及其主要产品列表。
Brewer Science
Brewer Science manufactures and distributes critical semiconductor chemicals, specialty chemicals for
optoelectronic and MEMS applications, and semiconductor equipment. Coating services are also offered
for prototype or moderate volume production. Brewer Science has been serving a global customer base since 1981.
ARC® Products
Anti-reflective coatings are designed for semiconductor photolithography processes that need critical dimensioncontrol, a wider process window, and easy etch integration during patterning. Products include (by wavelength):
193nm material – Designed to meet the emerging needs of the 193nm photo lithography process.
248nm material – Exceptional products that permit sub-0.1μm lithography using DUV processes.
365nm material – Extends the usability of i-Line equipment by reducing critical dimension.
Gap Fill material – Highly planarizing materials to minimize iso/dense bias. Available in dry etch and wetdevelopable formulations.
ARC® ancillary products – ARC® Cleaner and EBC.
Specialty Materials Products
Novel materials for optoelectronics, compound semiconductor, and MEMS applications. Products include:
WaferBOND™ Coating – For temporary wafer bonding applications.
ProTEK® coatings – Wet-etch sacrificial protective coatings.
ProLIFT™ layers – 400°C resistant polyimide for metal lift-off applications.
T-Polyim™ layers – Transparent polyimide ideally suited as passivation layers.
DARC®/PSK™ coatings – Spin-applied coatings designed to block light in the visible NIR range.
PMMA – Polymeric coatings used for a variety of microelectronic applications such as electronic beamand x-ray lithography. It can also be used for some wafer to wafer bonding applications.

Prototype and custom coating services for flat panel displays, color filters, image sensors, and other novel applications
Equipment
Cee® (Cost Effective Equipment) – Spin-coating, baking, and developing processing equipment.
EdgeWRAP™- System enables the seamless coating of substrate edges by simultaneously applying material to the top, edge, and the bottom side-rim of the substrate, protecting sensitive structures, and the substrate edge, during chemical wafer etching processes.
