本科毕业开始在香港四年可以拿到PhD，硕士毕业开始，三年内可以拿到PhD。

Funding and Scholarship
o Monthly stipend of HK$20,000 plus
o Conference and travel allowance of HK$10,000 per year
Entrance Requirements
o Hold a higher degree by research
or
o Hold a taught Master's degree
or
o Hold a Bachelor's degree with first class honors from a recognised university
Extra marks for foreigner applicants.
English Proficiency Requirements
o Score results of TOEFL (≥ 79) or IELTS (≥6.5) in their PhD applications
