In this paper, we used the 300L universal polymerization reactor, used terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid as raw material, according to three proportions the raw material test esterification and polycondensation with ethylene glycol, prepared three kinds of poly mixed benzene two formic acid glycol ester. Testing mix acid physicochemical properties of copolyesters, using mixed acid copolyesters as raw materials, respectively, foaming experiment using small reactor and Mucell foaming apparatus. Test and experiment results show that, when the isophthalic acid between two formic acid mixing proportion accounted for 28%, poly benzene mixed two formic acid glycol ester has a small amount of crystallization, and has better performance of microcellular foam processing.
本文使用300L通用聚合反应器,以对苯二甲酸和间苯二甲酸为原料,原料按照三种混合比例与乙二醇进行酯化和缩聚试验,制得三种聚混合苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。测试混酸共聚酯的理化性能,以混酸共聚酯为原料,分别使用小釜反应器和Mucell发泡仪进行发泡试验。试验和测试结果显示,当间苯二甲酸占混酸比例为28%时,聚混合苯二甲酸乙二醇酯具有少量结晶,同时具有较好的微孔发泡加工性能。
