很多大学是有正规国际合作办学项目的，国外学历留学基金委也认，就是国外大学一般，国内学费高，但肯定录取分数线也比大学正常招生的低。
有的只有外国学位，有的两边学位都有，后者划算，相当于比录取分数线低混一张国内学位。
