- 主题:回忆个老问题吧，关于企业合并
我记得最早sram是自己一家，做变速器不会做牙盘刹车。后来收购了truvantiv和avid，开始做整体套件。不知道在这个过程之前还是之后，收购了rockshox和zipp，基本形成了从山地到公路，全车除了车架都能提供的完整产品链条——tv连车把把立什么的都有。
sram这个基本算是优质资产合并了，同期另一家慢慢的不声不响的出现了另一条产业集团。Hayes，Sunringle，reynolds，manitou，protaper，虽然产品线没有rs那么全，而且更像是loser抱团，但是这个巨大的hayes产品线是什么时候形成的？我记得至少原来manitou是独立的厂？

sram的牙盘应该都是来自于tv
