2.Deep knowledge and hands-on experiences in at least 1 RDBMS, MySQL is the best, others like Oracle/DB2/SQLServer are acceptable.
3.Open and be able to learn and dive in various DBs like: Aurora/DynamoDB/MongoDB/Cassandra/ClickHouse/SQLServer/ ProgreSQL/Hive/HBase
4.Have some development skills like Golang/Python/VUE.js, or at least have passion and potential for this
5.English, can read/write; speak/listen: can do basic communication/debate for technical issues.
6.Perform 12X7(possibly extend to 24x7 for necessary) on-call responsibilities
