To determine if the RESET button has malfunctioned:

If the drives are healthy, but you continue to see the status, the problem could be a malfunctioning RESET button on the Synology NAS. Shut down your NAS, and thoroughly clean and dust off the device. Turn on your NAS and check if you still continue to see the status. If so, this indicates that the RESET button has malfunctioned.
