A couple of research assistant/associate or postdoc positions for finite element analysis (FEA) with Abaqus are available immediately in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the City University of Hong Kong. Requirements:
o Experienced in using Abaqus.
o Graduates holding B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and other related engineering and scientific fields from a 985 or 211-tier university.
o Good communication skills.

Additional information:
o Salary is between HKD 16000 – 40000 per month, depending on experience.
o The position could be full-time or part-time. It is short-term, about 6-12 months.
o The candidate is expected to work on research topics such as: bio-mimetic design, nanocomposites, 3D-printed structures, etc.
o Future studentships could be considered if the candidate fulfills requirements for PhD admission of City University of Hong Kong.
