到这个时候接线员应该会主动帮你查有没有这个人住他们那了,问话的艺术就是别主动问。
当然英语交流流畅是前提，因为还有别的可能性。比如查不到可以问Maybe he was using his middle name. Could you please just look up for the last name xx?
