重庆有嘉陵江从中穿过，枯水期散发不出多少湿度，丰水期散发的湿度，就是遮挡阳光的一把大伞，热量会蓄积在地表，不会形成昼夜大温差
西藏青海内蒙宁夏高原地区，天生缺水，没有水蒸气的保护，昼夜气温变化就剧烈
这是原理，不排除其他一些情况，比如多云长达几天时间，高原的昼夜温差会缩小。
