Sorry for getting back to you late. But, I hardly come to visit this forum these days. To answer your question -- Yes, I got the MME, liked it very much. Sexy, fast, muscular and fun to drive!
I used to drive 2015 GLE 350 4matic, 2017 MB GLE 550e 4matic, 2015 Acura MDX SHAWD. The performance of the MME is on par with those three big SUVs. Particularly, GLE 550e is a PHEV with 9 kWh battery, and it is very powerful with 450+ combined HPs, 0-100 km/h in 4.9 sec. I would say, the MME (even the basic trim of Select) has at least similar performance as GLE 550e.
MME or any other EV (apparently, I picked MME over Tesla Y or other options) would be preferred for me because:
1. I have 7-seat MDX Shawd for family long road trips if desired.
2. EV is much cheaper to operate for daily use --given the current gas price at $6.5/gallon in California. And I have 240V fast charger at home.
3. I will be building 9 kW Solar System on the roof of my house. In sunny California, the 9 kW system will generate over 13,000 kWh per year, which covers my regular electricity usage & 35K km annual EV driving. After the system is up and running in 2-3 months, I will be able to have electricity-freedom. This will save a lot of $$ for gasoline-pumping.
4. Last but not the least - 我这个地方到处都是MB,BMW, Audi + Tesla (a lot of Tesla), 不喜欢Tesla的样子啊。

Tesla is overly simplified with only one LCD screen.
To a lot of driver coming from traditional automobiles, Mach E is more balanced with quite some traditional physical control buttons or knobs, AND the LCDs (one 15.5 inch central LCD, and the smaller one right in front of the driver to display key driving information.
Like Mach E, other EVs (except for Tesla), such as Kia EV6, Hyundai Ioniq-5,Genesis GV60, Auto Etron etc, have two screens PLUS physical buttons too. To me, this is a more balanced design and easier for drivers.

在米国,现在买车,比如 Mach E: (1)要么放定金预定,等个6-12个月,大多可以拿到出厂价,也有极端的,等了8个月,车行把车加价卖给别人; 或者 (2)加价5000-15000 美元买车行的现车。中国买车还有折扣,多好。
刚刚今天,Mach E的最便宜的Select trim 的2023款全部卖完了, 预定窗口只开放了 5周左右。
