Mang family having appointed Yang Fu to be chief criminal judge, [Yang Fu] consulted请教 Tsang. Tsang said, "The rulers have failed in their duties, and the public mind have been loosened for a long time. When you have found out the truth of any accusation, pity them at your own ability, and do not feel joy ."
