我觉得是有区别的。朝鲜日本不征是有道理的，安南不征好像没有理由。世界是联通的，也是孤立的。大概是由10个水塔组成的。扩张的外界是由水塔的外界构成的。横断山脉的水塔，孕育了黄河、长江、澜沧江，这片土地5000年前人文就在融合。安南在这个圈子里。阿尔卑斯山脉的水塔，向北孕育了莱茵河、易北河，向东多瑙河，向南波河、罗纳河，向西卢瓦尔河、塞纳河。这片土地5000年前人文就在融合，这也大概就是罗马帝国的稳固疆域。亚美尼亚水塔，向南孕育了幼发拉底河、底格里斯河，向西克孜勒河向东库拉河。这片土地亚述人赫梯人也是几千年前人文融合，不是罗马能长期征服的疆域。
