'Errors normal for young Inter'

Coach Roberto Mancini claims Inter have 'many young players', so 'errors are normal' ahead of Bologna.
The Nerazzurri play the Felsinei this Saturday at 19:45, and face a team that experienced a rebirth ever since appointing Coach Roberto Donadoni in October.
“I'm a Bologna fan, they deserve to return to the top,” Mancini told the Press. “Donadoni is doing extremely well. He's a great Coach and tomorrow they could give us trouble.
“They found their peace of mind again and they have many young, interesting players. We won't think of Roma until after this game.
“For our own part, we've had many highs and a few lows. Errors are part of the process of building up a team. Some people forget that we're still a young group. Murillo, Icardi, Biabiany, Perisic, Kondogbia, Brozovic: many of our players and young and still have to develop.
“[Paris Saint-Germain's Zlatan] Ibrahimovic? In spite of his age he is still decisive. If I were in PSG's shoes, I'd keep him. No, I don't have his telephone number!
“I think it's unlikely that he'll come to Inter, but it depends on what we plan to do.
“The development of my players is what satisfied me the most about this team. I wouldn't make any compromise to reach third place, we can get there without compromises.
“[Adem] Ljajic? He trains poorly when he thinks he won't be playing. Otherwise he does extremely well.”
Mancini then discussed the matter of Inter's transfer strategy come next summer.
“I think it's hard to make any statements now, we're a long way off from the transfer window. [Alex] Telles is very important for us and he'll develop immensely. He has an Italian passport and some great possibilities, but much is going to depend on the agreement between Inter and Galatasaray.
“[Mauro] Icardi has a long contract with us. He is our striker and I can't imagine there'll be any problems.”
