Agent: ‘Gabriel Jesus very close to City’

The agent of Inter target Gabriel Jesus confirms talks are “very advanced” with Manchester City.

The Palmeiras striker is wanted by a host of European clubs, with the Nerazzurri having confirmed that he’s a target.

However, it appears they will miss out on the 19-year-old, as he’s on the verge of signing with City.

“Is it done with Manchester City?” Cristiano Simoes considered in an interview with Calciomercato.com.

“I can say that we’re defining some contractual issues, we’re working on that.

“Could he go to Inter? We’re very advanced with Manchester City. We’ll see.”
