Inter drop Jovetic and Erkin

Frank de Boer named his Inter squad to face Palermo, dropping transfer-listed Stevan Jovetic and Caner Erkin.

Jeison Murillo returns to the fold after he missed the 2-0 defeat at Chievo through suspension.

Most importantly, Jovetic and Erkin are missing from the squad.

Jovetic is on the verge of a move to Fiorentina, though Inter have to pay the July and August wages, and it remains to be seen if the Viola will take on the   14m payment to Manchester City.

Erkin is also left out, as he is on the market for a transfer abroad just weeks after arriving.
